C-11 Dorchester, Massachusetts: ON DECEMBER 15,2006 AREA C-11 WILL CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS WITH A CHILDREN'S PARTY AT THE VIET-AID CENTER ON CHARLES ST DORCHESTER. LAST YEAR WE HOSTED ALMOST THREE HUNDRED CHILDREN AND THE SUCCESS OF THIS EVENT WAS DUE TO THE GENEROSITY OF OUR SPONSERS AND DONORS.
MEMBERS PLUS CREDIT UNION LOCATED AT 494 GALLIVAN BLVD ONCE AGAIN WILL DONATE ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE FEES COLLECTED FROM THEIR LOBBY COIN COUNTING MACHINE IN NOVEMBER TO OUR CHRISTMAS PARTY. ROBBERY SUSPECT ARRESTED IN BACK BAY!

D-4 Back Bay/Fenway, Massachusetts: On Saturday October 28, 2006 about 9:20am a female victim was robbed of her handbag while walking in the area of 330 Dartmouth St.The suspect was described as a white male who fled and then entered a red vehicle. There was no mention of a weapon nor was one shown by the suspect.A few minutes later officers responded to a second report of a robbery at Clarendon St at Beacon St. The female victim of the second incident was also walking when a white male suspect attempted to take her purse. The victim screamed and the suspect then fled on foot on Beacon St towards Arlington St.
Detectives and Patrol Officers conducted a search for the suspect and subsequent investigation of the incidents. At about 2:30pm a white male named Kurt Konig was arrested for Unarmed Robbery ( Purse Snatching ) and Assault with Intent to Rob Unarmed.
The Boston Police Department is requesting that anyone with any information regarding either of these two incidents, please contact Area D-4 Detectives at ( 617 ) 343-4683.

STOLEN DESIGNER SUNGLASSES

A-1 Downtown Boston, Massachusetts: On September 30th, in the afternoon, two males robbed an eyeglass store located in Downtown, Boston. The suspects took 17 pairs of Cartier eyeglasses (average retail value - $1,000.00 each). Suspect #1 gestured that he had a handgun. Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 5'6" in height, 150 lbs., thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes, wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt. Suspect #2 is described as a white hispanic male, 5'9" in height, 185 lbs., medium build, brown hair, and brown eyes, wearing large sunglasses, navy blue jacket, and black baseball cap. Suspect #2 acted like he was chasing suspect #1 from the store after the robbery and both fled on foot towards Post Office Square. It appeared to be a ruse.
On October 1st, in the afternoon, two hispanic males robbed an eyeglass store located on Newbury Street, Boston. The suspects took Cartier, Prada, and Cavalli sunglasses (total value - $10,000). Both suspects fled on foot from the scene.
On October 5th, suspect #1 (from the 1st robbery 9/30) was arrested.
Retailers should monitor their stores for suspicious activity and call 9-1-1 if they believe that they are about to be robbed. Any further information regarding the robberies should be reported to the BPD District A-1 Detectives at #1-617-343-4248. If you receive information regarding the selling of designer suglasses at ie. pubs, restaurants, playgrounds, social clubs, etc.

Robbery of 7-Eleven at 425 Brookline ave, Boston

B-2 Roxbury, Massachusetts: There have been 2 recent robberies of the 7-Eleven located at 425 Brookline Ave Boston.
On 10/22/06 at about 7:44pm Boston Police responded to the 7-Eleven for a report of a robbery-taking place there. 2 suspects robbed the store attendant with a screwdriver and stabbed him in the hand. The victim provided a good description of the 2 suspects and shortly thereafter near Tremont St and St Alphonsus both suspects where arrested and positively identified by the victim. The entire event inside the store was captured on video surveillance.
On 10/25/06 at about 3:17am Boston Police responded to same location for a report of robbery. The attendant reported that an unknown black male 5-11 240lbs, dressed in a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and red pants brandished a knife and took about $50. The suspect fled in an unknown direction.
Anybody with information concerning this second robbery is asked to call Boston police Area B-2 Detectives at 617-343-4275.
