On Saturday September 28, 2006 the Charlestown Neighborhood Watch Coalition held the first Neighborhood Watch Rally in this history of Boston at the Edwards Middle School in Charlestown. The intentions of the Rally were to celebrate the success the coalition has had in organizing 50 neighborhood watch groups (to date) in the past 8 months and to call their neighbors to action to join them in organizing effort.
