THERE IS SEVERELY COLD SUB ZERO TEMPERATURES ARRIVING IN THE BOSTON AREA TODAY AND CONTINUING FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

E-13 Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts: The Boston weather forecast has alerted the citizens within the greater Boston area that severe winter weather, with sub-zero temperatures dropping below the zero (-0) figure will reach us tonight and continue for the next several days. The Boston Police Department is conserned about all the citizenry, especially the elderly and persons who live alone and may need assistance staying warm during this bitter cold spell. We are asking any person in need to call your local police station immediately if you need assistance staying safe and warm. Also give us a call if you know of someone elderly or needing assistance who may not want or don't know how to request assistance to call the police station at District E-13, phone number 617-343-5630 or contact the community service office at 617-343-5623 or 5624.
